I was happy the first time I threw up as my pregnancy symptoms started showing up but later the nausea and tiredness started taking over me that I wanted to step out once in a while for fresh air rather than being at home.

A walk amidst the woods and water in the park with soothing birds chirping sound made me feel refreshing after day long sleep :-)
